For Monday 6/26 - Thucydides Bk 1

For Monday please begin Thucydides Book 1; I will continue with some remarks about Herodotus as well. The Midterm is graded; you can see it on Monday. I will also give you the total points for your Essays part 1 (we wrote 9 essays, 2 points each, so 18 points max). Both scores will be recorded in your essay booklets, on the back of the cover page. The class average for the midterm was 31.57/33 (or 95.6 per cent), with eight of fourteen students earning a perfect 33/33. Well done!
